BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police is requesting information on a burglary that occurred at the 900 block of Salina Street SE Palm Bay, in the early morning hours of July 24.

During the burglary, Jasper, a two year old Yorkie Terrier was stabbed and left to die.

The suspect ransacked the house but it is undetermined what was taken during the burglary, according to Lt. Mike Bandish of the Palm Bay Police Department.

Jasper was taken to the emergency animal clinic and is now recovering from his injuries.
