BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Enchanted Forest Sanctuary will host a free program for pre-schoolers, ages 4-5 years old, that focuses on the the only bird exclusively found in Florida, the scrub jay, with a craft, a short hike and a fun game.

The Enchanted Forest Sanctuary is located at 444 Columbia Boulevard in Titusville and the event will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7.

September’s theme at Enchanted Forest Sanctuary is the scrub jay. Spots are limited. Registration is required.

The Enchanted Forest Sanctuary was created and is managed under Brevard County’s Environmentally Endangered Lands Program referendum. The referendum was established by voters in 1990 to protect and preserve the rich biological diversity of Brevard County for future generations.
