Pedestrian Injured After Being Hit By Vehicle In Cocoa Beach Monday Night

Florida Highway Patrol Troopers responded to a crash on Interstate 95 just after 4 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
Rescue crews responded to a scene Monday night that involved a vehicle striking a pedestrian near N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Rescue crews responded to a scene Monday night that involved a vehicle striking a pedestrian near N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach.

A trauma alert was administered and First Flight was called in to transport the pedestrian to Cape Canaveral Hospital.

The crash occurred around 8 p.m. and the condition of the victim is not known at this time.

Brevard Fire Rescue and Cocoa Beach Fire Department assisted in the incident.
