BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA –Andretti Thrill Park has donated a cumulative total of $75,000 to benefit public education through its partnership with Brevard Schools Foundation (BSF).

Andretti Thrill Park and BSF formed a partnership five years ago when Andretti Thrill Park created discount fun cards as a vehicle for contributing to Brevard Schools. Each time someone uses their card to purchase admissions at Andretti Thrill Park, $2 is returned to BSF as a donation.

“We had no idea how successful the fun card program would become and how quickly $2 can add up and grow” said Janice Kershaw, executive director of BSF.

“It has helped the foundation build capacity to serve our students, teachers and schools and has proven that our challenges to education can be overcome when businesses and individuals take that step to do something positive.”

Funds from the fun card donations go towards various BSF programs that support student achievement, empower teachers and drive innovation in Brevard Public Schools.

These programs include: Take Stock in Children, Bright Ideas classroom grants and the Supply Zone for Teachers.
