Harry T., Harriette V. Moore Cultural Complex Proud To Host Healthy Living Festival

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA –The Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Cultural Complex Inc. is proud to host the Healthy Living Festival; Empowering Our Community to Live Well, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8.
The event will be held on the 12 acres of the Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Memorial Park and Museum at 2180 Freedom Ave., Mims, FL 32754.
There will be an offering of various health information tables including car seat safety, diabetes, hospice and palliative care, slip and fall prevention, 211 Community Health Navigator; health screenings, cholesterol, glucose, sleep, feet, balance, PAD, stroke risk assessments and health, safety, wellness presentations, interactive activities, music, dance and spoken word entertainment all free to the community of all ages.
Attendees will be entered into a chance drawing to win numerous prizes including books, gift cards and bicycles.
