ABOVE VIDEO: A reprimand from the State Education Practices Commission accused Hooper of berating students at Freedom 7 Elementary School in Cocoa Beach.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (WFTV) – A Brevard County teacher is accused of going too far in how she disciplined kindergarten students in her classroom.
Parents said Jamie Hooper disciplined the students with disparaging statements and instructed her class to target individual students with taunting words.
One parent said it left her young son traumatized.
A reprimand from the State Education Practices Commission accused Hooper of berating students at Freedom 7 Elementary School in Cocoa Beach.
