The Mediterranean Series of Kerrington will mirror the existing Estate Series homes of Kerrington, with a community walking and biking trail, gated entrance (per location), customizable landscape packages and stunning paver driveways.
The Mediterranean series of homes will include five new styles for the Kerrington neighborhood; The Milan, Arezzo I & II, Siena and the Lucerna. Homes will start in the low $400’s for this portion of Kerrington, ranging from 2,701 sq. ft. up to 3,856 sq. ft.
Homes in Kerrington are all semi-custom built homes which allows the homeowner to customize the floor plans to fit their specific needs.
