BREVARD COUNTY • PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, FLORIDA – The 45th Space Wing at Patrick Air Force Base announced that Tech. Sgt. Tamara Acfalle has been selected for the Senior Leader Enlisted Commissioning Program – Officer Training School.

SLECP is a new initiative instituted in 2015 wherein designated Air Force senior leaders can directly select exceptionally performing and highly talented enlisted members for commissioning through OTS.

The SLECP is unique to other commissioning programs, allowing senior leaders to choose members to commission based on their character, performance and overall persona in their current Air Force role. Each major command commander in the Air Force had the opportunity to select an enlisted Airman to commission through officer training school.
