The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is very happy to announce that in partnership with our agency, TSA and Port Canaveral you can now obtain a "TSA Pre-Check" Authorization which allows passengers to more quickly process through airport security while avoiding the need to remove their shoes, belts, light jackets, laptops and liquids.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is very happy to announce that in partnership with our agency, TSA and Port Canaveral you can now obtain a “TSA Pre-Check” Authorization which allows passengers to more quickly process through airport security while avoiding the need to remove their shoes, belts, light jackets, laptops and liquids.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is working with TSA and Port Canaveral, and you can obtain a “TSA Pre-Check” Authorization which allows passengers to more quickly process through airport security while avoiding the need to remove their shoes, belts, light jackets, laptops and liquids.

The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office now offers the “TSA Pre✓ authorization” service from the Port Canaveral Badging Office located at 9012 Pompano Street in Port Canaveral.

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m to 4 p.m.  Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are suggested.

The TSA Pre✓ program allows trusted travelers to go through an accelerated security screening process when departing from participating U.S. airports.

More than 160 airports and 16 airlines allow TSA pre-approved members to clear airport security checkpoints efficiently and hassle free.
