BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA (WFTV) – The state attorney’s office released new video of the man who is accused of killing a patient and a hospital worker at Parrish Medical Center in Titusville. The deadly shooting happened in July.

A judge ruled earlier this month that David Owens, 29, was competent to stand trial. He’s currently in custody at the state mental health institution.
