BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA –Mayor Ulysses joined Mayor Capote on Thursday, September 15th, 2016 to learn what it takes to manage Brevard County’s largest city.

As a 4th grade student at Riviera Elementary last year, a class project about city government prompted him and 4 other student to deliver speeches stating why they would be the best candidate for Mayor.

His classmates voted and chose Ulysses as the best man for the job.

Voters said they found him to be someone who is honest and willing to work together to get the job done.

As part of the project, Mayor Capote offered Ulysses an opportunity to shadow him for the day and see how things are really done. The day was captured in the above video.
