Brevard’s 117 Polling Locations Are Open For Today’s Presidential General Election

The polls are open from 7 AM to 7 PM on Election Day. In general, the peak voting times are 7 AM to 8 AM, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and 5 PM to 7 PM. If possible, voters are encouraged to vote at a time other than these peak voting periods. All eligible voters in line at their polling place at 7 PM will be allowed to vote, regardless of the length of the line.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – It’s Election Day! Brevard’s 117 polling locations are open today from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters are encouraged to visit VoteBrevard.com to review acceptable forms of identification and for directions to polling location.

“We’ve had a record turnout for this Election’s Early Voting,” said Supervisor of Elections Lori Scott.

“Over 50 percent of Brevard’s eligible voters have already voted. I expect today will be no different. Brevard typically has one of the highest turnouts in the state … we have great voters.”

Live Election Day turnout statistics are available at VoteBrevard.com. The first returns will be posted after 7 p.m. and will be results from Early Voting and Vote-by-Mail.

Voters who Vote by Mail have until 7 p.m. to return voted Mail Ballots to one of the four Election Administrative Offices. Voters can track their Mail Ballots online at VoteBrevard.com.
