ABOVE VIDEO: The riders at Harmony Farms range in age from a four-year-old autistic boy to an 87-year-old lady suffering the ravages of stroke. Referred by physicians or therapists, they are coping with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, autism, multiple sclerosis and stroke.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Mark your calendars for the BLIZZARD AT THE BARN on Sunday, December 4 from 1 – 4 p.m.

The event will take place at Harmony Farms, located at 2205 Pluckebaum Road in Cocoa, just down the road from the Brevard County Sheriff’s farm.

“All proceeds from this annual holiday open house will benefit the therapeutic riding programs for the disabled at Harmony Farms,” said Executive Director Pam Rogan.

“There will be something for everyone, including vendors, animals, pony rides, games, face painting, petting zoo, crafts, food and lots more.”
