Suspects charged with 3rd degree Felony Child Neglect

The Titusville Police Department is seeking suspects after responded to Kay Jewelers, located at 3055 Columbia Boulevard on Saturday morning at approximately 8 a.m. in reference to report of a burglary.
Titusville Police have arrested three people after a four-year-old child went missing on Tuesday and was found safe, according to Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police have arrested three people after a four-year-old child went missing on Tuesday and was found safe, according to Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department.

Titusville Police responded to a report of a missing four-year-child on Tuesday at around 4:30 pm as all available personnel from multiple agencies immediately began searching for the missing child.

The child was later located at around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night, unharmed.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the child fell asleep on the Shining Stars Learning Center van on the way home around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The boy went unnoticed by employees and was left in the van asleep for about two hours, according to authorities.

On Thursday, Titusville Police Detectives arrested 50-year-old Wanda Fanne Curry, of Mims, 24-year-old Ashley Latifah Anderson, of Mims and 26-year-old Tiffani Marie Hernandez, of Titusville. Curry and Anderson are employees at Shinning Stars Learning Center.

Hernandez is the mother of four-year-old child who went missing.

All three suspects are charged with 3rd degree Felony Child Neglect and are being held at the Brevard County Jail.
