BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Dr. LeAnn Mandese has grown Atlantis Vision Center year after year by following an essential principle.
“I’ve made a commitment to providing the highest standards of quality eyecare and eyewear to our community,” said Mandese.
As the successful owner of the busy eyecare center, Dr. Mandese adds, “I’m thankful to be working in the charming community of Indian Harbour Beach with an amazing team of women. I truly enjoy coming to work every day.”
In addition to offering thorough, professional eye exams, Dr. Mandese’s services include dry eye treatment, glaucoma management, diabetic eye exams, eye emergencies, cataract screenings and pre- and post-op evaluations.
“We build trust by treating every patient as an individual, and as a highly-valued customer,” she said.
Since buying the practice in 2008, that dedication has generated ongoing referrals, and a growing office. She purchased Atlantis Vision Center from Dr. Edward Laibl.
Before he retired, he spent several years searching for the doctor he felt would be most capable of carrying on the long-standing tradition of excellence in patient care, as well as providing a fashion forward philosophy. Dr. Mandese has maintained the legacy of Dr. Laibl in every aspect.
She combines clinical expertise with a warm and friendly manner to help ensure the satisfaction of each of her patients. Dr. Mandese uses her extensive training to provide patients with safe, effective treatments to relieve symptoms and preserve overall eye health for life.
Dr. Mandese is a residency trained optometrist who brings a wealth of clinical skills and expertise to patients.
She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry.
Dr. Mandese completed her residency at Fox Medical Center in Miami. Early in her career, she gained extensive experience treating a full spectrum of ophthalmic disease processes including Dry Eye, Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, Eye Infections, Seasonal Allergies, Macular Degeneration and Cataracts.
“We treat and prevent a wide range of conditions,” said Mandese. “I take a special interest in the treatment of dry eye, an ailment that has become increasingly common as the use of smartphones and devices has risen.”
As a locally-owned practice owned by a sole practitioner, Atlantis Vision ensures that excellent, personalized customer service is a top priority. National studies have shown that one benefit of patronizing locally-owned businesses is that the bulk of a consumers dollar stays in the local economy.
“Our patients return to our office again and again because we offer hands-on customer service that you just can’t get online or in a big box store,” said Dr. Mandese.
That caring approach extends to philanthropy, as Atlantis donates glasses to orphans through Helping Haiti’s Children. That effort goes hand in hand with the practice’s mission to improve peoples lives.
Because quality eyewear offers superior vision and durability, Atlantis carries the best quality frames and lenses in the business. Their licensed opticians guide clients every step of the way to finding the most flattering frame for your face.
They offer a large and distinctive selection of fine designer eyewear from Tom Ford, Silhouette, COSTA, SPY, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo, and many more lines.
