UPDATE: Fatal Vehicle Crash Involving Motorcycle Shuts Down SR 405 At NASA Cswy. Saturday Morning

**UPDATE** BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol has released more details on a fatal crash Saturday morning in Titusville on State Road 405 At NASA Causeway.
According to the report, the crash involved three vehicles, the driver of the first vehicle was traveling east on Columbia Blvd. and failed to stop for traffic which was at a standstill for the draw bridge activation. As a result, the 2004 Saturn Ion crashed into the back of the motorcycle whom then crashed into the back of a dump truck.
The Cocoa man on the motorcycle died at the scene. The identity of the motorcyclist is pending the notification to the next of kin.
The driver of the Saturn did not have any injuries and is identified as 19-year-old Collin Mcdougal of Titusville.
The driver of the dump truck did not suffer any injuries and is identified as Michael Currie of Cocoa.
Alcohol was not factor in this incident, according to FHP.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Florida Highway Patrol has reported that eastbound State Road 405 at Vectorspace Boulevard has been shut down due to a fatal traffic crash.
Troopers are en route to the fatal crash involving a vehicle vs motorcycle on State Road 405 (Columbia Boulevard), east of Vectorspace Boulevard on the NASA Causway.
According to FHP, the motorcycle driver has been pronounced dead on the scene.
