WATCH REPLAY on Space Coast Daily TV as the Friday Night Locker Room team of Orville Susong, Steve Wilson and Lisa Nicholas present a special Friday afternoon edition of high school basketball when the Oakleaf Knights (Orange Park) play the Melbourne Bulldogs at the Amway Center in Orlando starting at 1 p.m.
“In the Bulldogs’ annual Court of Dreams game, Coach Mike Soliven’s squad will play a very talented Oakleaf High School team,” said Wilson.
“The Magic then host the LA Lakers a couple of hours after the conclusion of Melbourne’s game.”
Oakleaf is led by Jon Bryant (20 PPG) and Deonte Sherwood (11 PPG). The Bulldogs are a true team in every sense of the word without a superstar, but a number of players that can make things happen.
Seniors on the 2016-2017 Bulldogs roster are Kyle Ridenour, Jon Herrera, Keon Smith, Jayden Jackson, Adriel Rosa, and Collin Brown.
The pregame show will start at 12:45 p.m., with a tipoff at 1 p.m.
