Majors leads SSC in scoring at 21.9 points per game

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Following excellent performances during the week, women’s basketball’s Tereza Sedlakova and men’s basketball’s Jordan Majors have been selected as the Mike Erdman Auto Group Athletes of the Week.

Sedlakova had a big game for the Panthers on Wednesday in their road loss to Barry.

She led the way for the Crimson and Gray with a double-double, scoring 19 points and collecting 10 rebounds.

The Slovakian native set a new career-high in points in the matchup while also recording season-highs for rebounds, blocks (1), and field goals made (7).

Sedlakova had a big game for the Panthers on Wednesday in their road loss to Barry

On the men’s side, it was Majors who led the Panthers in both scoring and assists in their Sunshine State Conference loss to Barry on Wednesday.

The Hopkinsville, Kentucky product put up 24 points, six assists, three rebounds, one block, and one steal in the defeat.

Majors currently sits atop the SSC in scoring at 21.9 points per game.

The men and women return to the Clemente Center this Wednesday, Feb. 1, to square off against the Eckerd College Tritons. Sedlakova and the Panther women start at 5:30 p.m. ET, while Majors and the men’s squad tip off at 7:30 p.m.
