BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Cumberland Farms announced the grand opening of its new store location in Cocoa, Florida at 1450 West King Street.
A celebratory event will be held on Thursday, April 6 at 3 p.m. and will kick-off a four-week fundraiser for the Bruce Nelson Child Hunger Center, an organization that provides food assistance to children in need throughout Brevard County.
Throughout the fundraiser, 10 cents from all dispensed beverages purchased at the new location will go directly towards the organization.
The new store features new food items like pizza, mac & cheese bites, and hot dogs – as well as the following features 4,996 square feet, interior high-top bar counter, outdoor patio seating, four fueling pumps and 24 parking spaces.
“Cumberland Farms has served Florida since the 1970’s, and we are aggressively remodeling all of our stores to offer more variety and an improved customer experience for our guests,” said Ari Haseotes, CEO of Cumberland Farms.
“In addition to remodeling our existing stores, we are building many new stores and are looking for additional opportunities to expand our presence in Florida. Being part of the community is very important to us. In just the last four years, we have donated over $25,000 to local schools and nonprofit organizations across the state through our store fundraising efforts, and we’re looking forward to continue serving the communities that support us.”
