Melbourne Police Arrests Three Suspects With Prostitution Related Charges

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police have recently arrested three suspects tied to prostitution.

In a continued effort to target those who solicit prostitutes within the City of Melbourne, the Melbourne Police Department Special Investigations Unit conducted a reverse prostitution detail on Friday.

According to the Melbourne police, two arrests were made in the south end of Melbourne on the US1 Corridor and one arrest in the north end of Melbourne near Avocado Ave. and Aurora Rd.

The following suspects were arrested, along with the accompanying charges the suspects are charged with:

James L. Guymon, 47, charged with Solicitation to Commit Prostitution; Joseph E. Deavers, 22, charged with Solicitation to Commit Prostitution; Donald A. Rathbun, 53, charged with Lewd Lascivious act in public.
