Titusville Police Take Down Suspect For Sexually Battery On A Child

65-year-old Albert Charles Holland III arrested

Police arrested 65-year-old Albert Charles Holland III, of Ormond Beach, at around 3 p.m. on Thursday, for the sexual battery of a child after police issued a warrant charging him with first degree felony sexual battery by a person in familial control.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police have arrested a suspect Thursday for sexually battering a child, according to police.

Police arrested 65-year-old Albert Charles Holland III, of Ormond Beach, at around 3 p.m. on Thursday, for the sexual battery of a child after police issued a warrant charging him with first degree felony sexual battery by a person in familial control.

Detectives followed valuable investigative leads that led to the subsequent arrest of Holland, according to Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department.

Holland was charged with sexual battery of a child over 12 years old and booked into the Brevard County Jail.

He is currently being held with no bond.

Police say Holland is a registered sex offender and has a history of sexual offenses dating back to the 1960’s.
