BCFR DOUSES BRUSH FIRE in North Cocoa

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay police issued a Traffic Advisory about 6:30 p.m. Monday and has closed Babcock Street at Plantation Circle due to heavy smoke from a brush fire east of Plantation Circle.

On Spring Street in North Cocoa, Brevard County Fire Rescue units responded to a small brush fire on Monday afternoon.

Brevard County Fire Rescue said that no homes were in danger and crews had a quick knockdown.
