BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Once Nicole Grammer started working in the real estate industry, she knew she had found her calling.
“I jumped in with both feet and found success early on. It was a good fit, I loved real estate so much that I decided to earn a broker’s license in 2008,” said Grammer, the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Absolute Service Team in Suntree.
She cares about her client’s priorities. Her success in the industry can be attributed to her commitment to providing customers with the best possible service.
“I have met some of the most amazing people in this industry. Clients, colleagues and friends that have not only enriched my life, but have allowed me to make a difference in theirs.”
Grammer was born in Bay City, Michigan. After high school, she and her mother relocated to South Florida.
“My mom, Sylvia Barber, is an inspiration.”
After graduating from Florida State University, she worked in the travel industry for several years as a lead flight attendant for American Airlines. When the terrorist attacks took place on 9/11, Grammer decided that a career move was in order.
She moved to Brevard County to be near her father, who had encouraged her to get her real estate license while she was still flying.
In 2002, she started working for RE/MAX, one of the most recognized real estate brands in the industry.
“My father, Dan Barber was a well-established broker, and his industry knowledge was a huge asset to me,” she said.
She also took courses that are necessary to own your own RE/MAX franchise, explaining, “I love the RE/MAX brand and all the values it stands for.”
Grammer’s father decided to focus on his property management business and suggested she consider taking over his franchise in 2013. Though it required a lot of hard work, she took a leap of faith and became Broker/Owner of her own RE/MAX real estate office, and now holds a multiple broker license.
Within four months, Grammer’s team grew from two employees to a team with seven agents, and she personally generated $7 million in volume within the first year.
RE/MAX Absolute Service Team is a full-service brokerage, and offers assistance in all aspects of real estate, including listing homes for sale, buyers’ representation for purchasing and leasing/property management.
Grammer’s office is renowned for its knowledgeable real estate associates and friendly administrative personnel.
“I am proud to have 15 of the best agents in Brevard County on our team,” Grammer said.
“My ability to help others in need is the driving force behind why I love what I do. It’s my passion and love for others that motivates me.”
