BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Fire Rescue Office of EMS has just been informed that we, as well as our municipal fire department partners, have been awarded a “2017 AHA Mission:Lifeline Silver Plus EMS Recognition” as it pertains to “Excellence in Cardiac Care.”

This award was made possible because of the outstanding service our dedicated personnel provide on the front lines, the dispatch team for initiating cardiac care instructions the moment a call is received and a dedicated QA team that monitors patient care outcomes and was able to obtain the data from our local hospital.

This is great news as EMS week comes to a close.
