ALERT: The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Brevard County until 6 p.m.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Brevard County until 6 p.m.

At 454 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking severe thunderstorms over eastern Osceola and extreme southeastern Orange counties, moving northeast at 55 mph.

Another severe thunderstorm was located over Palm Bay moving north at 55 mph. HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts.
