“Being of service to others is a big part of the training for our karate students.” said Chaskelson Sensei.
“We strive to teach students to be of service to others within the karate community and outside as part of the character development required in addition to the physical and technical karate skills required for advancement to higher ranks.”
The event this year is being co-sponsored by Cocoa Beach councilwoman Karalyn Woulas, as as well as the Cocoa Beach Health & Fitness Center.
Since opening in 1962, St. Jude has treated children from all 50 states and around the world. No child is ever denied treatment because of a family’s inability to pay.
