Cocoa Police Seek Help In Identifying, Locating Two Theft Suspects

Cocoa Police are asking for the community’s help in identifying theft suspects for an incident that occurred on June 13 at washer/dryer machines in Oak Meadows.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Cocoa Police are asking for the community’s help in identifying theft suspects for an incident that occurred on June 13 at washer/dryer machines in Oak Meadows.

Police say the two individuals broke into the washer/dryer machines in Oak Meadows, off of Clearlake Road and Flowermound, and stole approximately $130 from the coin operated machines and caused approximately $200 damage to the property.

“The first suspect is a an older male (approximately 50 yoa) wearing a white hat with red lettering, and dark attire. The most noticeable thing about him was the small black support sleeve he was wearing on his right lower arm,” said Yvonne Martinez of the Cocoa Police Department.

“The second suspect is also a male, approximately late 20’s, with an (almost) chin strap, wearing dark shoes with red trim, and a white t-shirt with a black tank top underneath.

He was also wearing a red bracelet (such as a cancer awareness bracelet) on his left arm. This suspect also has tattoos but due to image quality cannot be made out what type. The suspects were both seen wearing backpacks,” said Martinez.

Police note that the seem to walk everywhere and are very clean kept, however police do not know if they are homeless.
