Titusville Police Arrests Two Suspected Drug Dealers, Each Charged With Multiple Felonies

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police have arrested two suspected drug dealers who were in possession of multiple illegal drugs, including heroin, and were allegedly attempting to sell the drugs within the city of Titusville, according to Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department.

Kenneth Parell Bland Jr., 27, and Rochelle Dis-Ja Williams, 24, both of Titusville were arrested at on Wednesday, June 7, at around 12:30 p.m.

Police say the preliminary investigation has revealed that officers conducted a traffic stop of a silver Toyota Corolla driven by Bland. During the traffic stop, police saw suspected illegal drugs in plain view.

As a result, Bland and Williams were immediately arrested.

“Within hours, evidence from the ongoing investigation resulted in the issuing of a search warrant and subsequent search of William’s residence located at 2825 S. Washington Avenue #352,” said Matthews.

“Investigators found and seized multiple packaged and ready to sell illegal drugs and illegally prescribed drugs which included; 7 grams of Heroin, 28 grams Cocaine, and various amounts of Meth Amphetamine, Dilaudid, and Clonazepam.”

“These findings resulted in additional charges for Bland and Williams,” Matthews added.

Bland was charged with six felonies; Possession with Intent to Sell Cocaine, Possession of Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, and Possession of Methamphetamine, Bond Exoneration/Revocation, and three misdemeanors

Williams was charged with five felonies; two counts of Possession with Intent Sell Cocaine, three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription, and two misdemeanors.

Kenneth Bland and Rochelle Williams were booked into the Brevard County Jail. Bland is being held without bond and Williams is being held on a $15,000 bond
