‘Clue At the Zoo’ Set Sept. 9 at Nyami Nyami Pavilion, Will Benefit Crosswinds Youth Services

Sponsorships are now available for the third annual “Clue at the Zoo”, a Safari Mystery fundraising event for Crosswinds Youth Services, in collaboration with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and the support of Central Florida Crimeline.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Sponsorships are now available for the third annual “Clue at the Zoo,” a Safari Mystery fundraising event for Crosswinds Youth Services, in collaboration with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and the support of Central Florida Crimeline.

The event takes place on September 9 at the Brevard Zoo, located at 8225 N. Wickham Road in Melbourne.

Guest detectives will be invited to put their CSI skills to the test and try to identify the mystery villain. Various crime scenes and clues will be present throughout the Zoo.

Guests will be given time to examine each scene, question each other and come to a conclusion of “who done it.” One lucky guest detective’s ticket will be drawn for a Grand Prize.

Registration begins at 5 p.m. at the Brevard Zoo, Nyami Nyami Pavilion and complimentary appetizers will be served at 6 p.m. A cash bar will be available. Guest detectives are advised to wear comfortable shoes for walking as they search the Zoo for clues.

Presenting Sponsorships for “Clue at the Zoo” are available for $10,000 and will include a VIP Table for 8, plus 4 additonal tickets, company logo on the “Sport Pack” given to all attendees, special recognition and 2 banners prominently displayed at the event, website and Facebook promotion, and inclusion in all press releases.

Sherlock Sponsors at the $5,000 level will receive a VIP Table for 8, company logo on the “Zoo Detective” pen, special recognition and banner prominently displayed at the event, website and Facebook promotion, and inclusion in all press releases.

Inspector Clouseau Sponsors at the $2,500 level will receive 6 event tickets, company logo on the “Zoo Detective” notebook or ID badge, name listed on banner at the event, website and Facebook promotion, inclusion in all press releases, and recognition during the event.

For a contribution of $1,000, “Who Done It” Sponsors will receive 4 event tickets, name listed on banner at the event, website and Facebook promotion, inclusion in all press releases, and recognition during the event.

Friends of Crosswinds, with a $500 contribution, will receive 2 event tickets, recognition during the event and name displayed on a yard sign at the event.

Tickets for the event are $50 per person.

CROSSWINDS PROVIDES EMERGENCY SHELTER

Proceeds of the event will benefit Crosswinds Youth Services, a nonprofit organization located in Cocoa which provides emergency shelter for children ages 10-17, as well as counseling, case management, transitional living, and other services for youth in crisis and their families.

Crosswinds Youth Services creates opportunities for young people to succeed embodies the organization’s primary goal of helping young people reach their full potential regardless of any barriers or challenges they have faced.
