BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department is seeking information on Robert Hibbert, 55, who was released from a New Jersey prison in July 2016 after serving a 3 year sentence for theft by deception.

“He lives in Vero Beach but has done work in Palm Bay,” said Palm Bay Police Lt. Mike Bandish.

“He poses as a licensed plumber but is not. If you have had any work done by Hibbert we ask that you contact us.”
