BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer head coach Oliver Twelvetrees knew his offense had potential but could not have imagined this kind of start.

The men’s soccer team went to Kansas and played two other top 20 teams and the No. 11 team picked up two wins, scoring 15 goals while allowing four.

Sophomore Danilo Orsi Dadomo led the attack with five goals and four assists and has now scored 19 goals in his 19 games with the Titans.

“Our front line of Danilo, Chaim (Roserie), Jimmy (Mwanga) and Alex (Alexis) really produced over those two days and that is really hopeful for the future,” Twelvetrees said.

“If those four can stay healthy and play at that level, they are going to be a handful for anybody.”

Freshmen Mwanga and Roserie have stepped in and really given the Titans offense a lift as Mwanga has three goals and Roserie has a goal and is leading the nation in assists with six.

Sophomore Alexis has added two goals and two assists for one of the most potent offensive attacks in the nation after the first week of the season.

And Twelvetrees believes it may just be the beginning for this group.

“Our midfielders are really good on the ball and have the ability to control the tempo of the game and we have gotten goals from all over the roster so we can hurt you in a lot of different ways,” Twelvetrees said. “We need to improve a bit defensively, but we will work on that and continue to improve every day.”

Now they turn their attention to Jefferson College who come to Titan Soccer Complex 1-1 and has allowed two goals in the three games.

The game will be Friday night at 8 p.m. and will be broadcast on WEFS-TV live on WEFS-TV and streamed live at www.njcaatv.com/efsc
