According to a news release by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Petrocelli was taken into custody earlier today after an arrest warrant was issued by a judge and charging Petrocelli with Manslaughter with a Firearm.

“The investigation commenced during the early morning hours of July 5, 2017, when Deputies received a disturbance call from a concerned neighbor,” said Tod Goodyear of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

Shortly after the initial call, the Sheriff’s Office received a call from the Cape Canaveral Hospital advising they had received a victim with a gunshot wound.
