BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – JM Real Estate announced that the company has completed two large lease transactions at Suntree Office Tower, bringing the property to 100 percent leased.

Suntree Office Tower is a class “A” 5-story office tower totaling 74,790 square feet, located in Melbourne at 6905 North Wickham Road.

One lease was for 6,700 square feet over a 10 year period, and second is for 9,500 square feet over a 5 year period. Both transactions totaled approximately $2.5m in lease value and the tenants are yet to be announced.
