ABOVE VIDEO: Palm Bay Police have arrested 39-year-old Steven Hadfield for serial burglary on Tuesday, suspect in as many as 28 burglaries.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Police have arrested 39-year-old Steven Hadfield for serial burglary on Tuesday.

Police say Detective Phillip Nungesser was doing surveillance in the area of Port Malabar Blvd. and Babcock Street when the detective noticed the man riding a bicycle resembling the description of the perp.

The suspect matched previous video surveillance and was wearing the same hat and shirt from previous incidents, according to a Palm Bay Police spokesperson.

Hadfield is suspected in as many 28 burglaries in the area and was taken into custody with the assistance of patrol officers.
