Bob Freeman has been surfing Brevard’s waves since 1966.

Good Afternoon, Surfers

Friday
Waves this Friday morning will run in the thigh- to waist-high range with bumpy conditions from an early northeasterly wind.

Saturday
Wave heights will increase into the mostly waist-high range with stronger northeasterly winds creating very bumpy and drifty conditions.

Sunday
I believe an approaching easterly groundswell will keep waves in the waist-high range with bigger sets possible by mid-day.
Unfortunately, those persistent northeasterly winds will again produce unfavorable bumpy conditions.

Cocoa Beach ocean temperatures now average 77 degrees.
