Bobby Freeman’s Zillow Zestimates of the Week
For anyone who truly believes that Zillow can accurately value your home’s worth, I have more facts regarding their Zestimates. In my opinion, a computer can not give an accurate value.
Here are two recent examples:
• 951 N Highway A1A in Indialantic just closed for $368,000 according to Brevard MLS. However, according to zillow.com, the Zestimates says the value is $334,985. That’s about a 10 percent difference!
• Now let’s talk about my new listing at 3400 Ocean Beach Blvd #712 in Cocoa Beach. Zillow says its Zestimate is $789,641. My asking price is $710,000. If you are a true “Zillowholic” and believe its Zillow’s Zestimate, then go ahead and submit an offer of $789,641. I’ll do my best to get my seller to accept Zillow’s value.
