BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The Brevard Humane Society is pleased to host a hands-on photography workshop on Sunday, January 7.

The educational event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Brevard Humane Society’s Adoption Center in Cocoa.

Participating event partner includes professional photographer, Nanette Martin and “Shelter Me Photography” which seeks to improve society’s perception of homeless pets while also providing a direct and positive impact on the destiny of the animals in the care of the Brevard Humane Society.

“We understand that your pets aren’t just like family — they are family,” said Michelle Deaton, Foster& Rescue Coordinator for Brevard Humane Society.

“That’s why we’re so excited for the community to come out and make memories with our animals. We want to make sure this experience is one they won’t forget.”
