NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE: Melbourne 24-Hour Temperature Difference Last Night Bone-Chilling 27 Degrees

NWS: MELBOURNE HITS LOW OF 40 DEGREES
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – A Wind Chill Advisory was in effect Sunday morning from 3 a.m. to 8 a.m. for the Space Coast area and entire Central Florida area.
According to the National Weather Service in Melbourne, the low last night in Melbourne was 40 degrees, Titusville Airport was 43 degrees and Cocoa Beach came in at 42 degrees.
Melbourne’s 24-hour temperature difference was a bone-chilling 27 degrees.
Be sure to dress appropriately for cold weather, and have a warm place for pets.
