BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying and locating a man that was caught by children recording video of them in the restroom of a Walgreens on Sunday at 5245 Babcock Street in Palm Bay.

According to the Palm Bay Police report obtained by Space Coast Daily, police say officers responded to the Walgreens late Sunday around 5:30 p.m.

A store employee said that two children entered the woman’s restroom, where a man was inside the female restroom recording video of the two children through a space in the stall door, according to Lt. Mike Bandish of the Palm Bay Police Department.

The children immediately told a store employee what had happened. The employee then confronted the suspect in the restroom, who then fled the scene before police arrived.

Witnesses have described the man as “a tall light skinned black male with afro-styled hair, wearing a gray hoodie, red shorts and black shoes.”
