BCSO Responds To Shooting At Merritt Island Apartment Complex, 1 Person Injured

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – A shooting victim was hospitalized early Wednesday after Brevard County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a call around 4 a.m. of a shooting at the Tropical Manor apartments near the 1100 block of Jordan Rd.
The victim was flown to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injures.
BCSO has not identified a suspect at this time.
The shooting remains under investigation.
