UCF Knights finish 13-0

ABOVE VIDEO: The UCF Knights finished the 2017-2018 season 13-0 after beating the Auburn Tigers in a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl thriller, 34-27.

ATLANTA, GEORGIA, – The UCF Knights finished the 2017-2018 season 13-0 after beating the Auburn Tigers in a Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl thriller, 34-27.

UCF QB McKenzie Milton ran for 116 yards and a touchdown, then threw two touchdown passes to lead UCF to a perfect season. Milton was named offensive MVP.

Shaqueem Griffin was named defensive MVP after leading the defense with 12 tackles, 1.5 sacks and 3.5 tackles for loss.

The game was head coach Scott Frost’s last game with UCF as he took the head coaching position at his alma mater in Nebraska back in December.

The Knights will begin a new era with coach Josh Heupel next year, the former Missouri offensive coordinator.
