POLICE: Man Killed In Titusville Shooting Monday Night, Suspect Wanted

Titusville police are investigating a deadly shooting Monday night that killed a man in the area of Robbins Avenue and Palmetto Street in Titusville.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville police are investigating a deadly shooting Monday night that killed a man in the area of Robbins Avenue and Palmetto Street in Titusville.

Investigators say Titusville police officers were called around 8 p.m. to the scene of a reported shooting at the southwest corner of the intersection.

When police arrived, they found a gunshot victim who was immediately transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead at 8:35 p.m.

Police are still searching for the shooting suspect and the identity of the victim has not yet been released.

“Detectives are following strong investigative leads and this case remains an active criminal investigation,” said Amy Matthews of the Titusville Police Department.
