SPACE COAST DAILY TV: The Red Ginger Melbourne restaurant located at the Melbourne Square Mall is hosting its 17th Anniversary Party on January 26 with proceeds to benefit The Children’s Hunger Project of Brevard. Space Coast Daily’s Gina Liberto speaks with owner Grace Han about this exciting event.
BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Red Ginger is celebrating 17 years in business in Brevard County at two locations and is proud to host an event and to share a portion of the proceeds with The Children’s Hunger Project.
“A portion of the funds raised on this evening will directly impact hungry kids in Brevard. Please know that through your support at our event you are making a difference in the lives of local children,” said Red Ginger owner Grace Han.
Since 2010, The Children’s Hunger Project has delivered food packages every school week to elementary schools in Brevard County to help kids at risk of weekend hunger.
This kid-friendly food is lightweight and easy to handle with no cooking required. This means that children who may have otherwise gone without food for a few days are able to stay full and nourished.
“On Monday mornings, the kids return to school from the weekend equipped with a better and healthier foundation for learning,” said Han.
Twenty dollars 0f each ticket will go to The Children’s Hunger Project.
