BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The City of Titusville’s Code Enforcement Division’s vehicle truck entry took home the “Kids’ Choice Award” at the 13th Annual Cops and Cars for Kids Car Show, sponsored by the Oviedo Police Department.

The Code Enforcement vehicle was singled out by young voters for its uniqueness and aesthetic qualities during the event on Saturday, January 20 at the Oviedo Mall.

More than 100 first responder vehicles from agencies across the state of Florida participated with their own vehicle entries.

“This annual event is always a great time and wonderful opportunity to see the community and public safety come together to share a day of vehicles from Police, Fire, EMS, specialty vehicles, car clubs and fun,” said Titusville Code Enforcement Manager Glenn Tolleson.

“It was even more spectacular to find out that our code truck was recognized as the kids’ favorite vehicle this year,” added Tolleson.
