BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The pursuit of youth and beauty has become an easier journey along the Space Coast with the introduction by Biocellular Therapies of the Vivace RF microneedling system, used in conjunction with amnion-based gels and creams for optimum performance in promoting the development of collagen for easing fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin.

“We’re a biologic practice and this fits right in,” said Jim Eaker, coordinator for the Melbourne-based practice. “This is truly regenerative medicine.”

Microneedling is not news, but the Vivace, which received approval from the FDA in July after extensive trials, is way ahead of the previous competition, particularly when combined with the unique gels and creams elected by Biocellular Therapies as part of the treatment plan.

“The Vivace is the only robotic microneedling device available,” said Eaker.

Using robotics to deliver radio frequency and microneedling extremely accurately in order to gently heat and tighten the targeted area, the Vivace also differs from other devices of its kind in the number of needles used for treatment. The system can be used with all skin types and reaches the deepest layers of the skin to stimulate and tighten.

“Most microneedling devices use 10 to 12 needles, while Vivace features 36 gold needles to better stimulate collagen said Eaker. “Typical microneedling requires two or three passes over an area. With Vivace, you only need one pass.”

Designed to be used by physicians, the Vivace reaches underneath the epidermis for amazing results with no downtime. The device can be precisely targeted to the depth needed for individual desired results.

Topical anesthesia is used in the application of the sterile microneedles used to create many microscopic channels deep into the dermis to stimulate the body to produce new collagen, the protein that is the main component of connective tissue. The substance literally holds the body together, but as we age, collagen production declines, and thus we end with the saggy skin, lines and wrinkles we hate.

Vivace kickstarts the production of collagen with the delivery of the RF energy that is so precise it allows up to 36 varying depths of penetration to ensure exceptional outcomes regardless of skin condition. Treatment serum and gel take the outcome to the next level, since these products deliver additional growth factors to the treated area for optimal results. While many amnion creams are shipped at room temperature, which decreases their efficacy, Biocellular Therapies’ special version is shipped cold to take advantage of all of its growth factors.

Perhaps the best part of the treatment is that there is no waiting for the results. “You’ll notice immediately,” said Eaker.

The Vampire Breast Lift is a non-surgical, non-invasive alternative to traditional breast implants and breast lifts.

VAMPIRE BREAST LIFT

For those women who are concerned with the appearance of their breasts, particularly as they age, the Vampire Breast Lift may be the solution.

Shapeliness, lift and a smooth texture are an important part of breast appearance that many women expect to lose as a part of the aging process. The Vampire Breast Lift is a non-surgical, non-invasive alternative to traditional breast implants and breast lifts.

According to Cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Charles Runels, who also invented the Vampire Facelift, the Vampire Breastlift has been shown to provide shapelier breasts, decreased skin sag, reduced wrinkles, reduced vein appearance and increased sensation in the breasts. Dr. Charles Runels says this process activates stem cells to grow new blood vessels, collagen and fatty tissue. Additionally, the procedure has proven to be effective at improving breast implants that have rippled, correcting inverted nipples and erasing stretch marks.

Using the same process as the Vampire Facelift, the Vampire Breast Lift can improve your breast appearance, all without the risks associated with a traditional breast implant surgery. Like the Vampire Facelift, the Vampire Breast Lift uses of platelet-rich plasma, also called PRP. This platelet-rich plasma is extracted from your own bloodstream.

The process begins as blood is extracted from your body, typically from the arm, and is spun in a special centrifuge that extracts only platelet rich plasma. Along with a naturally-occurring regenerative solution, the platelet rich plasma is injected in the nipple, breast and areola. The special regenerative solution improves the texture, lift and appearance of the breasts and nipples. Because the procedure is non-invasive, it features no downtime, virtually no pain, no scars and no loss of breast sensitivity.

The whole procedure only takes about 15 minutes, and Vampire Breast Lift patients notice a difference right away, with the full effect in two to three months. It lasts a year or longer, and in some women, the results are permanent.

For years, both men and women have been battling hair loss. Treatment options have been few and success has been limited. Now, there is a treatment for both men and women.

HAIR RESTORATION

For years, both men and women have been battling hair loss. Treatment options have been few and success has been limited. Now, there is a treatment for both men and women. This highly effective, non-surgical approach to hair restoration uses PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) to stimulate new hair growth, reduce hair thinning, and enhance the thickness of existing hair,” said Dr. Mark Pinsky. “PRP contains growth factors inside the platelets that stimulate inactive follicles and enhance active follicles. They specifically target the dermal papillae of the follicle.”

PRP has been used for multiple applications in medicine including orthopedics, sports medicine, neurosurgery, and cosmetic surgery.

“The procedure is simple and non-surgical,” said Dr. Pinsky. “The patient’s own blood is drawn by either one of our physicians or a phlebotomist. The blood is processed in a special centrifuge that separates the PRP from the blood. Topical anesthesia is applied to the scalp and then the PRP is injected into the subdermal layer to stimulate the follicles. The success rate is variable and occurs at different rates for individuals. Some will only require one treatment and others will require monthly treatments for up to four months.

“PRP is a great option to existing therapies for men and women looking to restore confidence and regain a full head of hair. If you prefer not to use daily hair chemical treatments or have surgery performed, this may be a viable option for you,” said Dr. Pinsky.

O-SHOT

The “O-Shot,” or Orgasm Shot, is a non-surgical procedure that uses a woman’s own growth factors to stimulate vaginal and clitoral stimulation to activate the female orgasm system. Another positive response has been the dramatic reduction in urinary incontinence. Thus far, almost all women receiving the O-Shot procedure have enjoyed an increase in their sexual response and for many the increase has been dramatic.

A large number of women suffer from stress urinary incontinence or sexual dysfunction. And, although we commonly and openly discuss erectile dysfunction in men, women are left keeping these life-altering conditions to themselves. Now there is a new way to address these issues. For several years, we have known that parts of our blood contain very rich growth factors, this is commonly known as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).

The creator of the Vampire Facelift, Dr. Charles Runels, also created the O-Shot. The whole procedure takes 10 minutes in the office. Most women will claim the procedure is painless, while some will describe minor discomfort that would not prevent them from having it done again.

The procedure begins with the nurse or physician applying numbing crème to the area where the blood is taken and to the vagina itself. Then the blood is prepared by a special process to obtain all the parts of the blood that contains the PRP. A very small amount is injected into the vaginal areas with a tiny needle, so the goal of no pain or an extremely small amount of pain is experienced.

Results of the O-Shot include greater arousal for clitoral stimulation, younger, smoother skin of the vulva (labia), tighter introitus (vaginal opening), stronger orgasm, more frequent orgasm, increased sexual desire, increased ability to have vaginal orgasm, decreased painful intercourse (Dyspareunia), increased natural lubrication and decreased urinary incontinence.

SPACE COAST DAILY TV MEDICAL SEMINAR SERIES: Experts at BioCellular Therapies in Melbourne, Florida talk about the revolution in contouring and tightening your face, neck and body. The pursuit of youth and beauty has become an easier journey along the Space Coast with the introduction recently by BioCellular Therapies of the Vivace RF microneedling system, used in conjunction with amnion-based gels and creams for optimum performance in promoting the development of collagen for easing fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin.

PRIAPUS SHOT (P-SHOT)

Erectile Dysfunction is a condition that’s extremely common in our society. Up to 50 percent of 50-year-old men and up to 60 percent of 60-year-old men suffer with this disease. The cause is multi-factorial including common medications taken for diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes. There are also neurological, vascular, and psychogenic causes and men often have more than one cause. Up until now, treatment has been limited to medication which often cause side effects, penile pumps, or painful injections of the penis that have to be done with every sexual encounter. Now, men have a much better choice, The “P-Shot.”

Named the Priapus Shot for the Greek god of Fertility, this injection uses PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) which has been used safely for years in dermatological, orthopedic, and ophthalmology conditions. The procedure, which takes place in 15 minutes in the office setting, uses the patient’s own PRP.

The blood is drawn from the patient and spun down in a specialized centrifuge that separates the platelets from the other parts of the blood. The patient’s penis is anesthetized using a special cream that renders the procedure painless or virtually painless, according to patient testimonials.

According to Dr. Runels, the results show more than 90 percent instant and long-lasting success. Patients can engage in sexual activity right away and often notice immediate results. The procedure usually lasts 12-18 months and provides up to a 20 percent increase in length and girth.

The most common and consistent results are seen in the increase in sensitivity and the increase in ability to sustain an erection: firmness. In addition, there are no side effects to the procedure. While there is no guarantee that patients will be totally able to go without any enhancement medication, there is almost always at least a significant reduction in the amount that is required.
