Former City of Cocoa Beach Personnel Director Victoria A. Penna Gigantelli Passes Away

Victoria A. Penna Gigantelli, 61, passed away at her home January 27, 2018, after a long and brave fight against cancer. She worked as a Personnel Director for the City of Cocoa Beach, and most recently for Sunrise Systems of Brevard in Florida.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Victoria A. Penna Gigantelli, 61, passed away at her home January 27, 2018, after a long and brave fight against cancer.

Vicky was born in Auburn, NY on June 7, 1956. She worked as a Personnel Director for the City of Cocoa Beach, and most recently for Sunrise Systems of Brevard in Florida.

Surviving are her Husband Richard Gigantelli, Brothers James (Mary) and Gary Penna, Sister Tracy (David) Robertson, Step-mother Helen Penna-Rump and several nieces and nephews.

Her Mother Roseann Swanson, Father Carmen V Penna, and Brother David Penna preceded her in death.

Vicky, you touched the hearts of all of us with your amazing character, personality, and smile. We are all so fortunate to have had you in our lives. God Bless You. May you now rest in peace. We love you.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 3 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Island Cremations and Funeral Services in Merritt Island.
