Don’t miss Health First Cardiothoracic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Campbell’s free Heart & Vascular Seminar, “Mitral Valve Repair – Minimally Invasive Methods including MitraClip,” on Friday, Feb. 23, at the Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place, located at 200 Rialto Place in Melbourne, Florida.

Dr. Campbell’s seminar, which will be held 8 a.m. to 9 a.m, will discuss how the mitral valve is a one-way valve that conducts blood flow through the left side of the heart.

If the valve does not close properly, blood can leak backward toward the lung. Learn how the mitral valve repair or replacement may prevent more serious heart and lung conditions.
