SpaceX’s Newest Falcon 9 ‘Block 5’ Rocket Scheduled To Liftoff From Kennedy Space Center On Thursday

BREVARD COUNTY • KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLORIDA – SpaceX announced the debut of Falcon 9 ‘Block 5’ rocket carrying Bangabandhu 1 communications satellite is scheduled to liftoff from Kennedy Space Center on Thursday, May 10.
Launch window is slated to open at 4:12 p.m. and will close 6:22.
The Bangabandhu Satellite-1 (BS-1) will be the first Bangladeshi geostationary communications satellite.
It will also be the first payload to be launched using the new Block 5 model of the rocket.
