Sheriff visits popular Merritt island establishment, Alfredo’s Paradiso Kitchen

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA– In this week’s episode of “Cookin’ Up Justice” With Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey, the Sheriff highlights a wanted fugitive and does so from a popular Merritt Island restaurant,  Alfredo’s Paradiso Kitchen. 

The fugitive is 27-year-old Matthew Kane Riscisa.

Riscisa is wanted for Failure to Appear for Early Resolution Reference two counts of Felony Battery by Second or Subsequent Offense.

Riscisa has a $10,000 bond or surety bond and his last known location was in the Cocoa area.
