Police have arrested the suspect caught on a grocery store surveillance camera holding his cell phone under a woman’s dress at Publix in Titusville.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Police have arrested the suspect caught on a grocery store surveillance camera holding his cell phone under a woman’s dress at Publix in Titusville.

Police say after numerous tips from the community, authorities were able to identify the suspect as Kyle Martin Hnatkiewicz from Cocoa.

Hnatkiewicz, 27, was arrested in Port St. John on Friday.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on Wednesday at the Publix on Cheney Hwy. after a customer witnessed the incident take place.

Officers were able to obtain surveillance video of the incident and showed the suspect holding a cell phone under a customer’s dress.

Tips from the community lead investigators to Hnatkiewicz’s apartment in Cocoa, where they obtained physical evidence to include a computer and clothing seen in the surveillance video.

Titusville Police are sharing information and evidence gained with two other jurisdictions for incidents involving the same suspect.

Hnatkiewicz was booked into the Brevard County Jail for video voyeurism, which is classified as a felony.
